Our Story
Our story is personal. It's about a problem faced by thousands of talented young people: The frustration of having skills but no job.
Our founder, Zelalem Meresa Gebrehiwot, spent six years working hard in the digital world. He saw the real problem firsthand: Finishing a course was easy, but getting that first stable paycheck was the hardest part.
Zelalem realized that training alone is not enough. That's why he built Lilo Digital Academy to be the missing piece, connecting new skills directly to companies desperate to hire.
